How to keep a balanced lifestyle while vacationing on Ambergris Caye

At last, you get that time off you have been longing for and off you go on vacation. Traveling, even fun, to a tropical destination like Belize, can alter your way of life, such as your healthy lifestyle. The new routine and setting can also lead you off your groove. However, taking a vacation does not mean you will break your balanced lifestyle. Here are some simple ways to stay healthy when taking that well deserved time off on Ambergris Caye, Belize along with the basic tips to have a stress-free and balanced vacation.

You can also exercise in a beach cruiser bicycle as you explore the island. Another popular option is signing up for Yoga classes. Most hotels have information on this service at their concierge located at the front desk area. 

Stay hydrated 

To start the day right, drink a tall glass of water and depending on if the day will be a sunny one, a coat of sunscreen is recommended. Many vacationers suggest these options to start the morning right and set the mood for what is planned during the day.
