Styled after the Tahitian cottages on the Polynesian island of Bora Bora, cabanas are built from native materials by local craftsmen. They boast all the amenities and comforts a modern-day traveler wants and needs.  Guests can choose from beachfront, seaside or jungle cabanas. The beachfront cabanas are directly on the beach with views of the Caribbean Sea. Similarly, the seaside cabanas blend beachside with the privacy of the gardens. Alternatively, the jungle cabanas are nestled within the resort’s gardens. Moreover, they are perfect for families and larger groups. Finally, situated just across the street from Ramon’s Village is the resort’s sister property Steve & Becky’s.

This resort offers everything travelers need so that they never need to leave the property. The 500 foot beach features beach chairs where you can will away the day. The lagoon style pool is encircled by palm trees and authentic Mayan sculptures.  The Tiki Turtle Trading Company, Tropic Al’s and Pineapples On The Beach surround the pool, meaning nothing is too far.

Pineapples On The Beach is an all-day dining, open-air restaurant and one of the favorites on the island. Also Tropic Al’s have great specialty coffee and fresh smoothies.

Undoubtedly, the Belize Barrier Reef is largest attraction to visitors coming to Ambergris Caye. Certainly, Ramon’s is one of the best resorts for divers. The on-site dive shop offer some of the best tours to incredible sites. These are with experienced and professional guides. They also offer a full slate of diving courses, from beginners to masters. Recently, Ramon’s Village Resort became a Certified Autism Center™ (CAC); as designated by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES).
