Calling all fishing anglers! Grand Caribe’s 4th Annual Deep Sea Classic Fishing Tournament will be taking place soon. Mark your calendars for July 17th – 19th for one of the most exciting tournaments yet! The Deep Sea Classic Fishing Tournament to be held in Grand Caribe in Ambergris Caye. You could not ask for a more picturesque location with the Belize Barrier Reef a short distance away. The Belize Barrier Reef, stretching along the coast of Belize, is a fantastic destination for sports fishing. With Belize boasting the second largest in the world and year-round great weather, it’s no surprise avid anglers travel far and wide to try their luck out at sea. This year there is $25,000 (BZE ) + in cash and prizes.
Schedule of Events
The Deep Sea Classic is a fun-filled weekend with events starting from Thursday until Sunday. Starting Thursday, July 16th at 6pm, the tournament briefing, Calcutta will be held at Grand Caribe Resort.
On Friday July 17th Bimini will be at 6am from the Grand Caribe dock with fishing being done until 6:00PM. For the 18th fishing will also be from 6:00AM – 6:00PM. For the last day, Sunday July 19th there will be a Sunday brunch and prize giving from 10:00am – 2:00pm.
Having a great time at sea and catching an array of fish is a the top highlight during this fun-filled weekend.
