The Wyndham Grand has its sights set on opening in Spring 2021. As of January 2021, windows and doors have now arrived on site. All in all, construction on Phase One is well underway which includes various 1, 2 and 3-bedroom beachfront condos along with one pool, the restaurant and bar. Backed by a dedicated team, the Wyndham project is beginning to take shape.
Meet a friendly face on the project: Augustine Romero
Born and raised in the Toledo District, Augustine has been a great greeter and project ambassador. He has resided in San Pedro for over 35 years. Furthermore, he has been working onsite for 10 of them. He is the longest serving member of the Wyndham Grand team. You can expect a warm welcome and bright smile from Augustine when you visit the property.
