Brand New Department Store Opens in Belize City

For more than 10 years, family-owned and operated business, Mirab Furniture Gallery, has provided shoppers with beautiful furniture and home décor items. Now, they have set out to create Belize’s first high-end shopping experience! The opening of their new location on the Philip Goldson Highway takes place today, October 10th, 2018. Further, the 100,000 plus square foot department store will house an Ashley Furniture Home Store. The Mirab Department Store will also provide a variety of brand selections Belizeans have come to know and love.

In a press release, Michael Bou-Nahra, a company director commented, “we are very excited about the launch of our new store with an improved brand and image!”. The company’s new slogan “Welcome Home”, brings a comfortable and familiar element to the very glamorous structure and goods Mirab department store will now offer. Today’s grand opening will be from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. It will be an event for everyone to enjoy. There will be raffles, food and refreshments and so much more.
