The cookbook was originally published in 2012 by McNab Publishing Ltd. Since then, has only had minor updates and a reprint in 2016, for the second edition and print run. To date, 8000 copies of the Flavors of Belize has been sold and gifted all around the world. As the new age of print and luggage restrictions, the publishing company is considering a reprint, this would essentially be at a smaller size and an option of both hardcover and paper back.
