Hello, Frontier! With inaugural flights to Belize starting December 11, the Denver-based carrier Frontier Airlines will offer once-weekly service from Denver, CO, and Orlando, FL as part of the latest expansion of its route network. Frontier Airlines’ interest in Belize stemmed from the destination’s sustainability efforts which align with Frontier’s green initiatives and motto. The ultra-low-cost carrier starts with a low base fare for its flights, then charges on an a la carte basis for services like checking bags or picking your seat. This means you can fly to Belize for as low as US$181 roundtrip!
Both flights with Frontier carrier will be every Saturday from Denver International Airport (DEN) and Orlando International Airport (MCO). Not to mention, the airline frequently experiments with new routes, abandoning them if travel demand isn’t there. So let’s give Frontier Airlines a warm welcome to Belize!

Initially offered on Saturdays only, Denver’s F964 flight arrives at 1:24 pm and leaves at 3:55 pm local Belize time). Meanwhile, Orlando’s F955 flight arrives at 2:50 p.m. and leaves at 4:29 p.m. local Belize time.
And with its inaugural flights this past Saturday, short official ceremonies were held in both Denver and Orlando Airports at departure, as well as at the Philip Goldson International Airport (PGIA) on arrival. As Hon. Anthony Mahler, Belize’s Minister of Tourism & Diaspora Relations, outlined that Frontier Airlines’ new service to our country is emblematic of Belize’s growing importance as a premier tourism destination in Central America.
Getting To Belize
Low-fare carrier Frontier Airlines announced 20 new nonstop routes, including inaugural non-stop service to Belize City with flights from Orlando, FL, and Denver, CO. The new non-stop service to Belize City (BZE) by Frontier Airlines marks the 10th (tenth) international carrier in Belize, offering even greater connectivity.
And Belize’s efforts to increase its international flight connectivity are already paying off. Within the past 30 days, Belize welcomed inaugural service from both Alaska Airlines and Frontier Airlines.
