Maya Espresso Martini
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Ruta Maya Coffee Rum
1 1/2 oz. Cointreau liqueur
1 hot espresso
Cocoa bitters
Pinch of Sea Salt
Directions
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice. Hard shake for 30 seconds. Pour and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
Ouro Ginger Beer
Ingredients
1 3/4 oz. Ruta Maya Rum Ouro
Ginger Beer
Lime Wedges
Directions
Pour the Ruta Maya Rum Ouro into a highball glass. Squeeze the juice of a lime wedge into the glass. Fill the glass with ice. Top up with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge.

DIY Belize Rum Punch
Ingredients
2 cups (500 mL) Travellers Classic White Rum
1 cup (250 mL) Travellers Kuknat Rum
2 1/2 cups (625 mL) fresh orange juice and pineapple juice
1/2 cup (125 mL) fresh lime juice
3 Tbsp. (45 mL) grenadine
Directions
Stir all ingredients together in a pitcher or punch bowl, and chill before serving. However, use short rocks glasses full of ice like the Belize way; garnish with slices of orange and pineapple. This recipe yields about 10 servings.
Cocolime Fizz
Ingredients
2 oz. Ruta Maya Cocolime Rum
1/2 oz. Fresh lime juice
1/4 oz. Coconut water
Brut sparkling wine on top
Directions
In a mixing glass , add Ruta Maya Cocolime Rum, lime juice, and coconut water. Fill with ice and shake well. Double-strain the liquid into a flute glass. Top up with sparkling wine. Garnish with a mint leaf floating and dry coconut rim.
