“Touchdown on the tarmac!” The Belize Hotel Association shares the good news: COPA Airlines officially returns to Belize today, June 2, 2021. COPA Airlines began offering non-stop service to Belize from Panama City in December 2015. Copa Airlines offers twice-weekly service to Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) in Belize City, through the Hub of the Americas in Panama City (PTY).
Copa provides access to Belize with multiple partners through Star Alliance. The return of COPA Airlines will not only supply significant potential markets for Belize but also offer competitive linkages to the Caribbean, Central American, South American, and even European markets thanks to the layover in Panama City.
