Born and raised in Belize, Tanya McNab is an award-winning graphic designer, publisher, and visual branding expert. Most recently, Tanya began her newest role as Creative Director of Caribbean Culture and Lifestyle; on the quest to share news and noteworthy content about Belize and the wider Caribbean. Tanya describes herself as not much of an academic but someone who thrives in her passion for creation and design. A “hands-on type,” modern-day woman and trailblazer determined to leave creations that are more than just pleasing to the eye in her wake.

Raised under the Belizean sun for over 30 years and has worked professionally in the travel and tourism industry, and in the publishing business for over 5 years, Louise has a strong understanding of the country and a deep passion for sharing the very best of Belize. As an avid traveler and Belize travel concierge, she continues to share unique Belize experiences, bespoke adventures, travel stories, and tips that make an unforgettable vacation.
Growing up in the shadow of the Sleeping Giant awakened a sense of adventure and environmental stewardship in Carolee at an early age. Nature’s bounty on the family farm served to encourage her hobby of cooking and the value of using fresh, local Belizean ingredients. This belief was honed under her 2-year tutelage under Chef Sean Kuylen and the Flavors of Belize team. A self-proclaimed locavore and staycation-enthusiast, Carolee looks forward to continuing to promote the very best that Belize has to offer!

Larry Waight is the author of the book, The Ultimate Belize Bucket List. Considered one of Belize’s most active bloggers, he’s is also the founder of Belize Hub. Passionate for all-things Belizean, he’s known for his creative efforts to position Belize as one of the best places to visit in the world. He lives in the quaint community of Bullet Tree Falls, near San Ignacio in Western Belize.
Born is 1950 in the old Belize City hospital. She graduated from St. Catherine Academy and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, Literature, and Theater Arts. In her adult life, she had two careers as a teacher of English, Spanish, and Literature; as well as a Professional Singer. She loves entertaining and is passionate about working with others. Nelita also has experience in Broadcast Radio and Editing. Her passions are movies, novels, philosophy, and swimming.
A Korean born and raised in Belize. She graduated with a Bachelors’s degree in Communications from Tulsa, Oklahoma and moved back to her beloved country Belize. She then delivered the local news for Tropical Vision as an anchor for various months and later helped establish a Christian radio station in Belize City. Jiyoung enjoys food, traveling, photography, music, and graphic design.
