Growing up in the shadow of the Sleeping Giant awakened a sense of adventure and environmental stewardship in Carolee at an early age. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Law, Carolee is committed to striking a balance between promoting regenerative tourism in the region alongside Belize’s slow, experiential, nature-based tourism product.
