Not as fast-paced as Ambergris Caye, and not as busy as Placencia, Hopkins is “just right” in every sense. For something a bit more filling, head to the Paddle House or Don Tonito’s, both a part of the Belize Collection’s diverse lineup of restaurants, and both a part of the experience at Almond Beach.

At night, fall asleep to the sound of waves lapping against the Hopkins coast. Then, in the morning, brew yourself a cup of coffee and watch as the rising sun paints the sky in a myriad of hues, all from the comfort of your room.
