The rustic, open-air restaurant sits right near the sea and will be serving up meals (and cocktails) that are as delicious as the island scenery is stunning.
Rustic, Beachside Dining at The Shoreline
Casual and charming, The Shoreline is a uniquely island-style beach shack located onsite at Margaritaville Beach Resort Ambergris Caye. Sitting steps away from the resort’s Tour & Activity Center, the new eatery offers beachfront dining and drinks with a side of gorgeous Caribbean views. Guests can enjoy fresh flavors and refreshing cocktails whether they opt to sit beachside or have some fun in the water.
The Shoreline is open for sundowners on Fridays from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
A New Dining Experience at Riddles in the Sand
The Shoreline isn’t the only new dining experience that Margaritaville guests and visitors can expect. For something a bit less casual, guests can head to the resort’s other onsite restaurant, Riddles in the Sand, for curated 3-course meals. Enjoy family-style dining that showcases the very best of traditional Belizean flavors.
