The Fry Jack House has become popular among tourists and locals alike. Fry Jacks come in different forms: try them with sausage, ham, or bacon. Or the Classic way, stuffed with chicken, ham or eggs served with beans and cheese. You can also have your fry jack with turkey, salami, burger-style, and even pizza-style. They are located on the ground floor at San Cas Plaza near the local municipal airport. As its name may hint, croissants are a favorite breakfast option. The Almond Croissant is a highly recommended item accompanied by a freshly brewed coffee or tea of your choice.
