The third-ever Belize International Music and Food Festival (BIMFF 3.0) is set to take place in the summer of this year. Although July 27th & 28th are still months away, the festival’s promoters have already begun to tease what festivalgoers can expect from this year. Just this week, organizers revealed, via the BIMFF social media channels, that Reggae icon Collie Buddz will be one of the headliners this year.
What to Expect from the 2024 Belize International Music and Food Festival

This year’s festival is set to take place on July 27th & 28th. And, unlike the previous two years, the 2024 Belize International Music and Food Festival will feature one mega concert followed by a day party (rather than two days of concerts). According to the Belize Tourism Board, attendees can expect a fusion of musical genres including Punta, Soca, Reggae, Dancehall, and Latin beats.
Previously, the show has seen the likes of musical heavy hitters from Belize and beyond. Headliners have included punta music superstar Supa G, Jamaican dancehall artist Spice, rising reggae star Koffee, and musical legends Morgan Heritage. With the news that household favorite Collie Buddz will be performing, festival attendees can likely look forward to a just as stellar lineup this year. Hailing from Bermuda, the reggae artist has captivated audiences across the Caribbean – and the globe – with songs like Come Around, Mamacita, Blind to You, and most recently, Love & Reggae.
Of course, it wouldn’t be an international music and food festival without some good eats, too. The BTB has also shared that the festival will have Belize’s culinary skills on full display.
Where to Stay

The 2024 Belize International Music and Food Festival will take place on the island of Ambergris Caye. The concert will be returning to San Pedro Town’s Saca Chispas Field after taking place in Belize City last year. The island is Belize’s #1 travel destination, with visitors from across the globe flocking to San Pedro for its beaches, buzzing social scene, and world-class experiences.
