The airline company will now be offering flights on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays during the high season which is between December and April.
Belize is a popular tourist attraction spot and it has been actively looking for ways to increase the number of tourists coming from Canada to Belize. Currently, the country is the third largest visitor destination, accounting for around seven percent of tourists of Belize.
Canada is one of the strong source markets for tourist arrivals in Belize. The Belize Tourism Board has also been working diligently for new marketing campaigns for over the past seven years for the arrival of Air Canada, along with WestJet.
